2. Use of Service

SalesBoost provides email and LinkedIn outreach tools for legitimate marketing purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SalesBoost cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment Terms

Campaign fees are charged based on the selected duration. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days notice.

5. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer email lists generated through our platform are for your authorized use only and must not be shared or sold to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

SalesBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
